Fascinating discussion about Behavioral Economics. I highly recommend if you are in any type of “communication business” that you take the time to watch this.

Behavioral Economics: The context, the medium, and the interface within which a decision is taken, may have a far greater affect on the decision we make than the long term  consequences of a decision even when we KNOW those consequences.
