Monday, November 8, 2010 at 5:10PM So i wanted to fill you guys in on a few details about the presentation that I’m doing next week. I’m really excited about it.
The Presso is Monday, November 15 · 12:00pm - 1:00pm, Pacific Time (Cupertino,CA) and you can find some details about it here.
First of all, to see the presso you want to go to this URL but you’ll need to have an Adobe ID. To be honest, I hadn’t used mine in YEARS, I had forgotten my username and passsword so make sure you get all that figured out ahead of time. There’s gonna be some fun stuff in the beginning that you won’t want to miss… seriously.

Second, I just want to say how cool Adobe has been about this. There is some stuff I want to talk about that I feel every Final Cut Pro user should know about and I contacted Adobe today to see if it was ok to bring up some history that could be considered a ‘wee bit controversial’ and basically they just said, “make sure everyone knows that what you are saying is your own words” and, to borrow a phrase heard all to often on TV, “not neccessarily the views of the station or its employees.” Basically they didn’t want to keep me from saying anything. And if you’ve ever heard me speak… you know I can be a bit acerbic. I REALLY was impressed by that and give them props for their stance. I DIG that in a company that makes MY TOOLS.
Anyway, I hope to “see you” all there next Monday. “Bring a friend!!”

Very cool Chris, I can't wait to see it today. I just finished up my Doritos TV commercial I did this weekend and the editing on PPro was fast because of the real time playback.

I would also really like to catch a replay. I've been wanting to see this very thing ever since I heard about the new additions to Premiere.
