Swine Flu Vaccines

 OK... So I have a question for you... the Swine Flu is getting a lot of buzz lately, its all over the news. Mostly they are talking about the vaccines that are on the way. Everyone is talking about how safe it is.

So I have a question, If the vaccine is so safe why is it that in June a document signed by Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius grants immunity from law suits for any side effects, including death, to any makers of swine flu vaccines.
