Chris Fenwick in Final Cut Pro, Tutorial
Audio editing in Final Cut Pro. Those pink dots and rubber bands drive me crazy, especially if you have to move them. This is not so much a feature as a technique that I started using on the Media100 and works great in Final Cut Pro too.
